  The pizza was pretty good. Considering the limited options in Brian Head this is probably the best place to eat in town. We were sitting by the front door however and it was so very cold in there every time the door opened. They really need to figure out an atrium or a second door or some other way to keep the bitter cold outside.

  The pizza is probably the best your gonna get in Brian Head, but is it worth it; no!. I ordered a large 3 cheese pizza. My charge, $25.00. I couldn't help but look at the menu, where I found a two topping large pizza for a much more agreeable price of $14.99. I made the mistake of asking the owner (Paul) about the price discrepancy and, in a condescending tone, he told me that I ordered a Three Cheese Sicilian. I opened the box to show him that it was a regular New York style crust and he told me, its the cheese, not the crust.
  
  That is the first time I ever heard anyone call anything a Sicilian that didn't have the signature crust, but I digress.
  
  There is definitely a disconnect somewhere, as the first cheese is presumably included in the the large pizza cost and the next two would be considered additional toppings, thus, awarding me the lower price, but Paisanos must get cheese at a premium; a $10 premium.
  
  I love Brian Head and things are generally more here, but Paisanos really takes it to another level. Next time, I guess I'll get a quote before ordering and I'll ask them to hold the snark.
